Howdy folks! I decided to start this MeetUp because I live in Old Town Alexandria, but am thinking of moving to the Ballston area. The Parklawn Sailing Association (PSA) is a nonprofit, recreational sailing club of 60 members with three well-equipped, comfortable sail boats - a Catalina 34', a Hunter 34' and an Express 30'.  PSA's boats are docked at the West River Yacht Harbour in Galesville, MD, 15 miles south of Annapolis.
